Together with its customers, Borealis and Ineos, BPP is facing great organisational changes. On Tuesday 4 November 2008, information meetings were held for BPP employees as well as personnel from Borealis and Ineos. This was part of a communication effort to provide information about BPP.
Thomas Töpfer started with information about BIS, which is the new owner of Production Partner, and how BPP fits into BIS’ core operations for further expansion.
Töpfer said that according to BIS’ philosophy, each country’s management is responsible to solve its work tasks in the way best suited to the local work culture. In addition, there is a network available to provide expertise and solutions from other BIS units for adaptation to their own organisation.
Morten Mathisen said that the company intends to expand and obtain more customers in the area from Lysekil to Göteborg. He also emphasized that BPP aims to be an attractive employer by providing interesting tasks and development of personal skills. In addition, the company will maintain a competitive wage level. And finally, BPP aims to be an attractive supplier for its customers, and through this remain a reliable employer.
